Can this kicked-out Classicist re-apply for Bronze?

It's me, AKFD. I have been kicked out twice from this group (yes, sorry) because of 2 unfortunate hiatuses.
I have come back though to seek redemption, and I hope I will be welcomed back.

Stats:
19 finished games
0 solo wins (0.00% solo rate)
2 draws (10.53% draw rate)
Longest streak of wins/draws (premium only) = 1
6 surrenders (rank games) (31.58% surrender rate)
2 surrenders (norank games) (18.18% surrender rate)
1345/1375 turns taken (97.82% consistency rate)

All my surrenders were from 2018. I have played 4 ranked games after, and have played in 1 norank game as a sub.
My record for sanctions from the admin is clean.

Will this boy be accepted?

154170. Tactical Chaos. Sleepyjim requested for a sub, and I stepped in. Landed a 4-way draw for him.
My surrenders in 2018 were all from hiatuses.

5 of them are because a trip to Batanes, Philippines (June 11-June 16). There was no wi-fi and no signal at that place and I did not know of the "pause game" function yet.
3 of them are the rest of 2018 because of a personal crisis, so I stepped out of DIplomacy for 4 months, only coming back during December to take over Don Juan of Austria in WitA 7. I'd come back later in March of this year.

The Bronze boy is back in town!

You've had 4 completed games and played a reliable 4 game years substitute role in another, which should rightly count as the necessary 5th game since your last surrender.

The real life situation causing your most recent surrenders is perfectly understandable but do please try to make use of game pauses or finding substitutes if you think you might be offline during future games, such as when travelling.

Anyway you're now in the Bronze Classicist group once again and free to play in Strict Classicist games.
