I think by the third phase every one should have 4.5 centres in total (assuming no attacks have been made by then) I have over sized the Bardsey Islands a little Image but you might want to check!

Well done! It seems to meet my points, and I've only one really nit-picking point left - since I'm a life-long super-fan of the Lake District - which is on the west side of the country; I think this should be renamed Northern England and the territories renamed

Bothel: Is this your home parish? Could be the first time Bothel's ever achieved international fame!
Penrith: must be somewhere in Northumberland. If you don't fancy Newcastle, how about Morpeth?
    Windermere: Durham?
Kendal: Take your pick, but somewhere on the East side. Thirsk/Ripon/...

But don't hold the game up for that!

tyneside, teeside etc could have gone in...
Northern england would be better than lake district I think so too, especially given the eastern seafront... how far down do the pennines go? that could be an alternate...

Some more nitpicking .... carlisle could work for bothel? And the northwest corner could be northumberland...?
Then 'Man' should perhaps be IoM.. or Mann...

I'm working on it now, although I've driven through the lake district a thousand times to visit family in Scotland, I've only stayed in the lake district once.

Afraid the Pennines go as far south as the supply centre dot in Nottingham territory! North England fits best I'd think. Northumberland would certainly do for the North East (that's probably what WarSmith intended). Carlisle for Bothel would be sensible, but I quite liked a name nobody outside Bothel had ever heard of!!
