Isn't the game over?

SD won. He bid -900 or something like that on apple, and there was no minimum bid. Thus SD lost -900 points and has more than 200 points.

Objection! The turn was already over, so Ugluk already had all of the stocks.

I'd love for this to work but it's not so:

During 311 Ugluk was sec, meaning he could not hold stocks, and they go up for auction. Voting for 311 happened at 29 mar 2014 at 10:xx GMT-4 I believe (if my offset is wrong, it's at least consistent). 46 hours later, on march31 at 06:xx GMT-4, super dipsy placed his bid. Apple, even if owned, left possession of Ugluk due to the sec, and dipsy made the highest bid in the time frame specified by 310.

Granted the rules only specify that there is a winner, not that the game ends, so presumably we could keep playing...

However, the rules also state that the turn ends after all active players have voted.

Connect 4 took the words out of my mouth. I could try to argue that everyone else bid zero by virtue of not bidding anything, which beats -1000, but this would not only not be strictly correct by the rules, it would be dishonest since this was exactly the tactic I would have used if RL hadn't interfered. Congrats SD!

Yes but the way it played out:
310 ended. 311 started. Sd eventually was proposer.
No one voted on any stocks. By 311, those stocks went to Ugluk as owner of bookies book.
Voting phase started. Ugluk became sec. Lost all stocks.
311 ended. Stock auction opened pursuant to 310, with a 48 hour window, with bids to be posted in the 311 thread (per 310).
44 hours later, super made his bid as required in 311. It goes into effect 48 hours after end of voting phase.

Thus as of match 31, so 2 days ago, super dipsy had 900ish points.

I'm not sure where the turn ending after 48 hours affects this timeline.
