Excellent, we now have an international court with the authority to try those convicted of the trade in Venusian eggs (among other things, of course).

I count three votes for the establishment of the ICC. Two for the Venusian Egg clause, one against.

I don't recall if we have absolute majority or unanimity as the standard for voting here, but if we get one more vote for ICC and two more for Venusian Eggs we would have majorities and could slam it home.

My understanding is that consumption of delicious Venusian eggs is a part of several cultures - particularly Baunairi. If we block off this trade/technique, are we providing anything for them to continue this traditional lifestyle? Or is Venus infringing on traditions outside of their own world?

That is a very good question. The Venusian government will be researching and selling official Faux-Venusian eggs - all of the taste, none of the guilt about eating someone's child. All proceeds will be devoted to funding of a FUN task force to combat the illegal egg trade.
