Another Nexus Tournament: Cold War (1v1)

This is not everyones cup of tea, I know, but the 1v1 variant "Cold War" can be played on vDip, Conspiracy and Diplicity so we created a knock-out tournament so you can test your skills in this one. The tournament will start June 1 and is hosted on the Nexus Diplomacy Discord. First 64 subscribers get their fight.
