Hey folks --- sorry about the slow adjudication -- I didn't have time before now. It might pay off to check this one, as I've a few too many beers this evening. But, adjudication was promised and so adjudication is delivered. Anyways, check me, OK?

Note that Feldspar is no longer excommunicated.

Moves are below. Since there were no retreats, I went ahead and re-adjusted territories, etc. It's a new topic and launches the build phase.

I am not challenging adjudication this turn but I am REALLY uncomfortable with:

For example.

In Genoas case the whole order was wrong (there was NO army in Pav) and yet succeeded. In Flanders case one letter Ulo m Flo rather than Ulo M Fla is wrong and it is disallowed.

You were very clear on order syntax on the rules. Itś not hard.
If an order is illegal its illegal - it suely does not matter if the intention was clear?

As I say - I am not asking for this turn to be reconsidered - but I do appeal for strict and clear adjudication in future. :D

Also - I think Bav has only 3 HRE SCś not 4 .... (for votes)

Have Nor, Man, Fla, Lon changed owner or not?

Also are we into build phase?
Loeb9 forum game needs ONE player to start. (normal dip + Norway and Spain. viewtopic.php?f=34&t=10352)

Kian - you're right on the SCs. Bavaria only has 3 in the HRE.

I gave Genoa a break as the army is supported by Pav and the "captures Arles" made clear that the owner intended the order for the army in Arles.

Yeah, I thought it was a bit unfair too until I realized that. Luckily it doesn't change the game a lot. I lose Fla, but I gain a build because I no longer have the Fla army in BLO. Funny how that works.
