Spring 1100 retreats -- Fall Orders due Sun 1/24 at midnight

Postby his_flyness » 21 Jan 2010, 10:39

Retreats:

Anjou (DOI):
A Man - Trn

France (Frostlord):
N-frigging-MR -- Argh!
=> Both units destroy

I sent France a warning PM 24 hrs ahead of the deadline and he didn't respond, so I decided to skip the grace-period.

I know it's inevitable in a game with this many players, but we're having a lot of NMRs. I really appreciate all of you who are submitting moves on time.

Fall orders are due Sun 1/24 at midnight EST. As usual, I'm willing to be flexible if any of you have conflicts and notify me in advance.

Wouldn't matter for you, since you're a traitor in the HRE, not France. But for the traitor in France, the king is whoever controls the capitol. So Kingship won't change hands until the build phase.

Yes, the only player affected is the king of England. Assuming Paris is captured this turn, he will no longer be a traitor.

Kian either needs to wait for an election in the HRE, or he needs to convince the current emperor. :)

I know what you mean, all I said was let's see how the french king likes a guilitine. ;)

So am I automatically restored or does feldspar have to actually say.

If feldspar holds it will I be restored immediately this fall turn or do I have to wait for spring.
Because of Duc everyone just lost THE GAME!!!!

It's automatic. The rules say: "If a king is replaced, any players who have been labeled a traitor by the previous king are automatically restored to normal status."

So, assuming another player does capture Paris, no further action is necessary.

Duke Kian of Burgundy,
I thought it unwise to trust a man so associated with France. However, I could be convinced to remove your status as traitor.
