I was initially puzzled by the auto-disbands (under the standard rules Greece would go before WBS), but having double-checked I found joe92's specified
a house rule stating, "Should you have no home supply centres then the nearest supply centre in your control will be seen as your home supply centre," which explains why Greece is not disbanded. So I'm writing this FYI in case anybody else was unsure about that.
