With all due respect, this does not answer my question. Clearly not all of them "do not border" and some of these corners are ambiguous. Does Dover border London? Which of the provinces that are disputable touch. I am sorry if I am being obstinate, but I really need to know these answers.

I'm pretty sure London and Dover border each other. Not sure about what borders Cardiff though.

London borders dover the rest don't
