SBNation is primarily a sports website, but Jon Bois does a lot of fun and interesting things pretty different from the rest of the site. Over the summer he did an absolutely incredible video series about real stories he found interesting.

The first is about Koo Dae-Sung, a Korean pitcher for the Mets who came to the States towards the end of his career.

The second is about Lawn Chair Larry.

The third is about Lonnie Smith, a professional baseball player in the 80's and 90's.

The fourth is about Stanislav Petrov, a Soviet officer who (correctly) guessed his computer was malfunctioning when it said there were missiles heading towards the USSR fired from America and decided not to fire nukes back in retaliation, saving us from a nuclear war in the 80's. However, it is for some reason private, so it can't be watched anymore.

RIP me. Learning to be an engineer is difficult and time consuming.

Full return is an almost certain no. Random reappearances in forum are a touch more likely.
