Sorry for the slight delay. We had a new product release at work and it has been a bit crazy. I was left exhausted last night afterward and didn't feel like dragging out my PC. Anyway, we have a pretty straightforward result with only past change being Rome switching up his builds again.

I have been putting some thought into the subject of provisional retreat phases. It seems like opening them repeatedly will only bog down the game progress. For now, my plan is to do it as follows. When there is no retreat phase required, I will post a deadline for retreats (1 day from post) and a deadline for the next movement (3 days from post). If there are any provisional retreats submitted, I will post them after a day and extend the movement deadline one day to give a full phase after retreats.

As a result...
Provisional retreats are due 6/29 at 1400 UTC (1000 EDT).
Orders are due 7/1 at 1400 UTC (1000 EDT).
