Carthage makes a slight adjustment to the past, but it doesn't seem to pay off as his fleet gets stuck in traffic while Rome reaches further back to trade out his army for a fleet.

We once again have no retreats, but theoretically things could change with TT orders. To keep things moving I'm going to simply accept provisional retreat orders if any alongside builds. Build totals are at the bottom of this post. So retreats/builds are due 6/23 at 1400 UTC (1000 EDT).

Remember that there are no time travel orders during the retreat or build phases, but you all will get +2 TT points before Spring for future past changes. ;)

I'm pretty sure it was Greece that changed to a Fleet and not Rome. Rome was last time.

Ehh, it's just flavor text guys. Don't mind the errors there, or maybe I have insight into what your future-past selves will do to the past in the future. ;)
