The first waves of distortion to the time space continuum echo to the present as Rome changes from the Army that was known to a Fleet. Normally I have said that a retreat phase will be run regardless of if it is necessary in order to allow for players to enter provisional retreats. I believe with the relatively spread out layout of the Ancient Med map's starting positions that it is theoretically impossible for there to be a Spring 1AD Retreat phase even with TT orders. If anyone disagrees and really wants to submit Spring 1AD Retreats though, you may do it along with your Fall 1AD Orders.
Fall 1AD Deadline will be Wednesday June 21, 2016 at 0100 UTC (Tuesday 6/20 2100 EDT)

If you read the rules carefully it will be clear that a TT order could go back beyond the first phase. I thought of pointing it out explicitly, but it seemed like tactic advice that would benefit only certain powers so I left it up to the players to figure out. On the bright side, it isn't too late (though I suppose it does cost 0.5TT extra now)
