I believe Lvp should have moved to Edi. The exception about detection on coasts only applies to provinces with multiple coasts. A zombie can detect a fleet that is adjacent on a province with a single coast even if it is not coastal adjacent.

P.S. It was decided this split coast rule was stupid and hindered the zombies too much. It was removed in the latest version of the rules (1.3). viewtopic.php?f=517&t=41182

That's stupid...but I agree with your reading...but that's dumb...he shouldn't be able to detect anything on a non-adjacent coast...which I think was the intention...

But I agree with your reading.

That's why it was removed in 1.3. Pedros and I discussed it and agreed it was dumb and inconsistent. Zombies were too ineffectual if you went the other way and strengthened it to only coastal detection in general.

BTW I checked the map and I don't think any others will be affected by this from Spring, so I don't think any "randoms" need to be re-rolled.

So the latest rules are that they will detect ANY zombie on ANY coast...EVER...I won't change for this game, but so I know for future

Retreats are in (or ARE they)...EDIT...Italy had a retreat from ATH which retreated to AEG

Winter orders are due ASAP, but no later than 11/4 5pm EST, 3pm Arizona time

We have multiple people on trying to figure out if its a flesh wound...but not Turkey as he found out his was a flesh wound.

Spiders jump to CRO (not feeding)...and LEN...destroying the zombie...but not feeding (and then disbanding after making it neutral at the end of fall)

England 10SC…14units…4disbands
France 0SC…2units…0disbands ‘tis but a flesh wound in play
Germany 4SC…3units…0build (penalized one for kamikaze fall 40)
Poland 0SC…1units…0builds ‘tis but a flesh wound in play

Yugoslavia 0SC…0unit…ELIMINATED
Greece 0SC…0unit…ELIMINATED
Rumania 0SC…0unit…ELIMINATED
Egypt 1SC…1unit…0builds

The reason I say this is because SCs listed (23) + SCs marked as neutral on the map (20) [a condition we can see as a reliable maximum because no invisibility rule can make a SC become neutral though a rule could make a neutral become owned] = 43 and there are 45 SC on the map [43 Versaille - Syria + 3 Religious States)

Some things to look at when determining the correct count:
1. Who owns Belgium?
2. Is England's count correct? He appears to have 11 on the board, albeit that one or more could be owned by an invisible unit.
