In times of great need, every country must make sacrifices. That is why the Grand Napoleonic Empire taking the steps to build up the resources needed for two new installments into our ranks. Firstly, the Emperor wishes to gather 54 new battalions of infantry, 4 regiments of cavalry, and at least 1500 units of artillery to make a new army in Paris. He also wishes to gather a mighty fleet of 23 warships to help combat our enemies in the Mediterranean. This fleet will be build in and set out from our ports in Marseilles. To pay for these new military installments we will use the new found wealth from our newly annexed territories: Savoy and Belgium.
