Okay, so the units in the Papal States, Ukraine, and Courland have been disbanded due to retreat NMRs. While Bavaria has retreated to Tyrolia.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the unit in Naples should be in the Papal states (or at least some unit should be there since the Papal unit had to retreat last turn.)
