So the next set of orders that are going to be due, are the winter bids for minor countries.
Way they work:
All minor countries are now up for grabs. Each player has IPs equal to their main countries SCs x3 and their current minor countrie's SCs x2. So France has 21 IPs from French SCs + 8 IPs from Spain's SCs for a total of 29 IPs.
Does this make sense? Any questions shall be answered!
