Yeah, this is me. I'm a new guy and it's the first time I've ever played Diplomacy (or heard of it for that matter) but it seems really fun.
Anyway, I live in the Pacific Northwest, and no, it does not rain every day. We get at least one sunny day a year....

sadly, here that would me a closure of school for at least two days. Our schools go crazy if there's even a hint of frozen water.
