Not sure I count as particularly experienced, but I'm reliable and it can't hurt to ask, so put me down as interested too.

Just to clarify the TSR:

In the extensive examples given, the Russian army in Odessa is ordered to Vladivostok in all cases. Isn't this illegal, however, because Odessa is not on the TSR?
