I'm sorry, I've posted why the game was delayed.

So, everyone got orders in in my absence, orders were the following:
Cal: Build A NCl, A LA
SE: Build F Fla (wc), A Geo
Tx: Disband A Dal
Hrt: Disband A Kan

I realize that it's unfair to make a due date for the orders given my lack of dependence. I'll say Sunday Night, but I'll send out reminders until orders are in. The only thing that can hurt this game more is NMR's.

Ahhhh. Since the vote transpires in Winter, it accounts for the new centers/builds.

Hence, the "Yes" votes were:

California -- 11
Midwest ---- 6

17 winning votes for the Magellan Express Route...

17 has always been the stated winning number for waterways. I believe there are only 33 centers...add 'em up:

California 11
Midwest 6
Sub-total 17

Southeast 8
Tri-states 5
Texas 2
Sub-total 15

Heartland 1

TOTAL = 33
