Spain: Army in Madrid
Italy: ARMY VENICE, WING MILAN, FLEET ROME
Poland: A KRA, W WAR
Russia: No orders
Turkey: Build W Izmir, Build W Adana

Orders for Spring 1999 are due by 1800 GMT (1300 EST, 0200 Wednesday) on Tuesday 10 December
