Draw proposal #2

10 player variant set in the New World, Created by Macario Reyes and GMd by Morg. Triple Draw shared by Mexico (JonS), Spain (Pedros), & Peru (ColesD)

Draw proposal #2

Postby Pedros » 30 Aug 2015, 04:56

OK then, in the absence of the US

On behalf of the Presidents of Mexico, Peru and Spain I invite the gallant leaders of the other surviving nations to recognise our leadership of the American Peoples. For our part we undertake to respect the proud histories of the surviving nations (including the stalwart but exiled people of Brazil). I invite the leaders of Mexico and Peru to confirm their commitment to this treaty.

I affirm my commitment to the triumvirate, and look forward to a new era of peace and harmony across the Americas.

As an aside, I am both humbled and flattered that Mexico will serve the first term of the rotating Pan-American Presidency.

Peru confirms its acceptance of the 3-way partition of the Americas and is content with its domination of South America (other than the Caribbean coast which shall be administered by its erstwhile allies), and sees no reason for future bloodshed by making war on the North. Peru hopes that the remaining protectorates of South America will acknowledge its overlordship.

The Spanish protectorate of Britain also accepts the draw and is very humbled by the offer to serve as the first High Lord Potentate of the new empire. While we realize that it is purely a ceremonial figure-head position with all true power wielded by El Presidente JonS, we are no less touched by the gesture.

Draw accepted.

Colombia has spent the weekend fighting his computer, but will accept the draw now that he has a chance to post.

He already accepted earlier in this thread - quoted here.

Which I think makes this a done deal! Once reviewed approved by Morg.

Looking forward to AARs...this was my first play by forum game, and although I've joined several more since, this was by far my best experience.

Well then, well done everybody. I agree with Jon - I can't remember a game not only as enjoyable but as good a game all round as this one. More in the AARs!

Well the only voice missing in this thread is Venezuela's, but he's made his stance clear regardless.

Alright then Draw Accepted and finalized.
