I've gotten bids from all the starting line up now so as soon as I can put it all together we'll be looking to get started.

It's an academic point since the game's up and running, but....

We've all been saying for ages that the Variant Bank (the only place we know that had WitA original rules) was broken - bad news for more than WitA. I've just discovered that it's only the links to/from the index that are broken, and the original map and rules are at http://www.variantbank.org/results/rule ... ericas.htm

Haven't tried any other games but there must be some chance that modifying that URL will deliver other games you might want to check out!

A little fiddling reveals that the directories are actually public (usually poor site design, but helps us here!) so that if you go to http://www.variantbank.org/results/rules/ and know the name of the variant you're looking for, it's pretty easy to find it. There may be more elegant solutions as well.
