Ceona refuses to recognize any Asterian claim to Guatemala, and is utterly appalled at the extreme actions taken in this modern genocidal crusade. We stand by the world in condemning the actions of the Asterian regime and no longer recognize it as legitimate, but rather a military junta. They are terrorists, and they will be treated as such by Ceona.

And Ceonian, since, while socialist, I am not in the IWA.

Cons, I actually wrote the orders to Kingpie during a period when you were worried about Minoan involvement and weren’t a coalition participant. If you’d like (and king is amenable) I can help you draft an order set tomorrow. This is just for the relief expedition and not for the military operation though.

Edit: order set does include Ceona already

Thanks for clarifying!

I'm free to add more to the Global Response post if you have something in mind, Cons. Guatemala needs all the help it can get :(

On the hundredth anniversary of the end of the Guatemala Crisis, the Federation unveils a memorial in Astarte, the third city of the union. A faceless steel soldier, reflecting no particular national uniform of racial characteristics, stands with one hand pressing down on a carved stone flame, protecting a stylized crowd behind. Margaret Visoki, the mayor of Astarte, says "It is important that we remember the fallen of Guatemala, and the international coalition that prevented further tragedy. Since Guatemala, the solar system has seen peace, but we can never forget that there are those empires that still exist with their ravenous land-hunger."
