I think that his is much too large. This is a game that is set in the present so by modern standards no country could keep up that kind of power.

Submarines generally take a crew of about 100. That means 400,000 people manning submarines

In a country of 1.5 million... wow.

Now who is providing supplies for those ships and maintaining them?

The completion of project Hephaestus has produced a vast spread of boredom over the people of the DUS. This adds to the birthrate but we are fairly well prepared for a larger population. However, the people may not be too fond of the tight living quarters that may become necessary in the future. It remains to be seen what effect this boredom in combination with overpopulation will have on domestic or international policy.

The People's Union of Hydrabaad's project neelaa-fool requires the use of a hydrogen-sulfate is larger quantities than can be procured domestically. Vinay Bikkina issues a request to all civilized nations in the world,

The people of Southern India have been living below the poverty line for years, they have danced the dance of death with starvation. Millions have died. The last remnant of our once-great nation asks the world save us! We have pulled ourselves back to our feet through the miracles of genetics. Through the mercy of the former World Health organization our people have once again become able to produce food from our ravaged landscape. However, this meager existence would not be called "living" in countries like Cyberian, the Confederacy of the Mediterranean, or Clayvorne. In order to become a nation in which all its people can be free from the fear of starvation, the People's Union of Hydrabaad begs the world for the resources necessary to carry out neelaa-fool. Hydrogen-sulfate has become the most valuable resource in the People's Union of Hyrdabaad and the importation of international stocks will result in better lives for our people. Please, we beg.

Fair quantities of Hydrogen Sulphate are being sent to the PUH, and we are willing to sell much more at half the market price

The PUH is grateful, and once the shipment is received work on the project will resume in earnest.
Half price is a kindness which we will do our best to repay. Another 38kun will probably be necessary to complete the project, and seeing as how the government of the PUH is strapped for cash we would like to know, can some of the future results of neela-fool can be used to pay for the hydrogen-sulfate?
