Deuterium, being an isotope of Hydrogen and practically useless in applications outside of fusion power, should have been ignored in the past. Transylvania will establish a small mining operation on Luna to extract Deuterium.

(In CYOC land, fusion has been the primary form of energy generation for at least a millenia)

- edit -

Not to say you can't find any deuterium there anymore of course, nor that you can't get enough to power your country. Just that I'd expect that after you grow to ~100 million or so, you'd likely need to either start tapping into the international sources of it (I know deuterium is one of the big 'exports' from my Wolf 1055 colony, and I believe it's a big one from Mobius' Jupiter mines, to name just two) or expand your supply through another way (expanding on the moon, finding another solar system body for it, mining another star system, etc)

As long as the star hasn't been claimed by someone else in the game already -

The PCG officially stakes it's claim on Teegardens Star (and the two earth-like planets in it's habitable zone, which we intend to terraform & colonize shortly).

As with the Trappist 1 system, the expedition was one of many undertaken with Asteria, who share a claim on the system with us (note that this arrangement has now run it's course and all future extra-solar expeditions will likely be sole ventures for the Corporation).

The Entinates lay claim to LHS 1140 (1 Earth-like planet) and Gliese 180 (potentially 2 Earth-like planets).

Fixed

(makes it easier for mods to keep track of claims and update them/check the claim against existing ones)

The Holy State lays claim to Struve 2398

Also I found a system called the Apep System but I am unsure as to whether I can claim it or not. I already did dice rolls and a description for it but then found that it was a dying star system. So I don’t know if we have rules against claiming it or if I can treat it like a regular system.

Teegarden's Star, LHS 1140, Gliese 180, and Struve 2398 added to the spreadsheet. Any others missed?

I’m gonna claim the Apep System since no one objected to it.

PCG claims the TOI-270 system.

Stable system with 3 known planets (b,c & d - a super-earth and 2 sub-neptunes, all three are too close to the star to be habitable - further planets, possibly in habitable zone, to be confirmed)

Also, GJ 357, as long as it's not previously claimed.

3 known planets, b,c and d, - d, known to be super earth at outer-edge of habitable zone

I'm going to wait for the RL data on the other planets in these systems, but if it doesn't come in a couple of months, I'll make something up (as long as neither have been previously claimed).
