Laying a claim to Xi Böötis and Mu Herculis

Xi Böötis - 6 Planets
1 earth like
2 terraformable

Mu Herculis - 5 Planets
1 earth like

Xi Böötis is gonna be in the sphere of the Holy State.

Mu Herculis is gonna be a different experiment.

Nice, I'll add that to the list.

'I've been out of the loop for a while... this thread needs updating. Everyone let me know if anything in Mat's spreadsheet is out of date.

There's not much to update, really - the spreadsheet I used mod abuse to put in the main post should contain everything up through my last post on it. I'll add the later ones in a bit.

Though, Redsun, you might want to reconsider Apep - at 8000+ light years from Sol, it'll take *forever* to get there

I’ll try and find a new one to replace it as soon as possible.

Attack on Teegarden

“We are the LORAX, and we speak for this planet!”
Said the brave attack leader: Janet

Her many brave soldiers each yelled a cheer
As the LORAX entered Teegarden with no fear

As soon as they entered the Teegarden System
A lone defender shot but missed ‘em

The Bambec Cruise was quite quickly given great harm
Before the foe could sound the alarm

Then the plucky rebels began their attack
Each splitting up but hoping to meet back

But the attack would be no good
For everyone of them, a thousand enemies stood!

So they fought through the 6800 whizzers, 300 clobbers, and the ten giant mamma,
They fought bravely but were destroyed with little drama,

Only one ship would see it through the night,
The FR Culture who cowardly gave up the fight,

---

Six Lorax ships attempted a suicide attack on what was apparently a heavily garrisoned system. They did some damage due to taking the enemy by surprise and disorganisation/a limited plan of defense on the defenders part, but they were simply too outnumbered for any real damage. All LORAX ships but one were destroyed: the FR Culture negotiated a quick surrender to the PCG mining ship militia, and has been captured.

Casualties:

LORAX
Destroyed: FR Crow Road, FR Seuss, FR Carson, TR Hercules, TR Perseus,1 PLT, 2 PL

Captured by Enemy: FR Culture

Allied Forces:
10 PCG Mining ships
1 Urilla Destroyer
1 Babec Space Cruiser
15 Tsi Space Fighters
15 Space Bombers

The terraforming systems remain fully armed and operational.

Ooc: This result is highly sus.

Red, you need to update your OP because the first mention of a Bambec or Urilla or whatever as existing was now. You researched these designs, sure, but there’s absolutely nothing anywhere indicating you built them - or that an asterian space navy existed, to the best of my knowledge.

It’s further suspixious that this random system is heavily garrisoned. You’re playing with the big boys now, Red. You’ve got to post things that exist so people know that. You can’t just whip out a fleet of whatever size you want at whatever location you want. I’m not saying you need to post the location of every single ship - but before today, there were no indications that you *had* any ships whatsoever.

I sold the PCG one a long time ago - it might be a little old and they may wish t acquire some more modern vessels and I’m happy to sell those. This seems like Asterian forces though which did not exist prior to this judging.

For clarification:

The PCG didn't have formal troops there, just some mining ships that were in the system.
Asterian forces in the system were substantial.
