We ought to hammer out a couple more rules. I just want to check. Is this build anywhere, or can you only build in your home country?

No, that's fine. I just want to be sure before we get going. Thanks.

do you build every season, or only in winter (assuming spring/fall format)?
There will be no retreats, only disbands, correct?

I believe we decided to build only in the winter (thus trying to hold your hard earned winnings without losing the recently vacated origin point makes the game more fun. As to retreats, I would think that if you have somewhere to retreat to, you can retreat, as long as it wasn't where your attacker came from, or contested by some one else (as per regular dip rules).

Hey ray,

Don't you still need units? I mean, you need some way to tell if a territory is empty and open for attack in the fall. The rectangular blob in our color like you had in the first thread looks like it'll be just fine.
