"Simple" Diplomacy.

I made up this variant on a whim. I thought that people with little time like me would want to play it.

It follows the same rules as regular diplomacy with a a huge exception.

the map looks like this...

thats right. every player starts out with one huge unit. (the rectangle thingys) There are only 7 spaces on the board. This means that theres going to be a lot of diplomacy going on. I was also thinking that builds would be every season so there would be quick results to getting into a country but thats open to change if you want it.

if you have questions on which nations borders just ask. i would be GMing this. Fiirst i want to see if theres intrest. it should be a quick game. with long deadlines if you wanted them. let me hear your thoughts!

EDIT: oh and this may not be clear, but i intended for turkey to be bordering italy to give each a third border. nobody has less than 3 nor more than 4.

So Water zones don't matter, or every unit is a fleet AND an army both? Can England attack R/F/G? Is the MAO separating Italy and England?

So, how many of the territories do you need to win? Is it still 18 as counted by the supply centers?

im not too clear on what i want from the retreats but that was the main idea Diplomat.

There are 7 SCs on the board. each of the nations counts as one.

I suppose you could compare it to crowded. but its on a different map (no unoccupied territories at all) and with 7 people.

any takers.
