Just look in the active games and look at new games. If you choose different preferences then there are different maps.

Hi sleepyjim, welcome to the DVFG section.

This probably is the right place to post your query.

The maps all used to be there. However, around a year ago the website had major issues (something to do with the server) and the site was down for a few days. Unfortunately, we lost all of the maps in the crash :(
You can use websites like the Variant Bank to have a look at many Diplomacy variants.
Sorry for the inconvenience - we were really sad/frustrated too.

Hopefully you can join a DVFG soon - they are great fun! Look in the 'DVFG looking for players' section if you want to.

Agree with glacier's post Jim but one amendment - the Variant Bank files are currently down! But there's another extremely useful collection at DipWiki If you're looking for a game to join however the best thing is to check the ones recruiting in "Looking for Players"; the OP will usually include Map and Rules where they differ from Regular (many are one or the other; some are both.) Ther are about 4 recruiting at present.
