Fall 1905 and farewell to GhostEcho

Postby Pedros » 23 Feb 2013, 18:28

Purple's last throw of the dice ends in failure and we have to bid GhostEcho farewell. Thanks for the game Echo - overcome by the topsy-turvy nature of this game! And it's a bad turn also for Blue especially but White as well. Two retreats needed - Grey from Smyrna2 and Blue from Munich1. Retreats please by 1630 GMT (1130 EST) on Sunday 24 February.

Incidentally, one player raised the question of whether a fleet on the coast of a two-coast province could move from one coast on one map to the other coast on the second map. The answer is No!

It was, as they say, fun while it lasted. At least I didn't go out first! Thanks for the game, everybody.

Our game seems to have lost a centre. The total is only 67 instead of 68. You also reversed builds for blue and grey, but that's less serious.

Edit: Careful counting leads me to believe that Grey should have 13 not 12. I think you forgot Munich1 since you didn't colour that. You also didn't colour Denmark1, which is probably why you didn't give blue one too many. But please double-check.

Draw in Diplomacy Stew 2, playing Italy
Winner Four Seasons, playing England
Draw in Layered, playing Yellow (Russia + Turkey)
Winner Shuffle, playing Turkey
Winner Vain Rats 4, playing France

... but first you must learn how to smile as you kill.

The missing one is owned by grey.

Thanks both. I've altered the totals, and I'll correct the colours with the builds. I'll also leaved the deadline unchanged, but if blue or grey submit the wrong number I'll give them the chance to correct it.
