Spanish/English war for Portuguese Independence

Postby GuitarMan » 08 Dec 2013, 20:36

Spain and Britain have declared war on Brazil, and have invaded Portugal. They have faced no opposition in their attack, and are outside Lisbon. A battle map will be sent out shortly.

The brave soldiers of the Luso-Brazilian army led by the distinguished Duke of Caxais shall repulse the foreign invaders from the soil of our homeland.

The Duke of Caxias has just arrived at Lisbon's port. He is busy reviewing the defenses for the city and prepping the soldiers. With God's strength we shall hold Lisbon!

The Duke himself is leading? My men shall have an honored... "guest" shortly.

I suppose that if you truly wish, the Duke may visit the Spanish troops we capture, if that is what you mean.

He actually is in Lisbon, he left last month.

Indeed, the Duke shall be a "guest" while he rides through Madrid, the city consumed in flames

OOC: Airsoft, you really need to chose your words more carefully.

IC: Brazil didn't set Madrid on fire.

Haha, you're right

But it points to the future, not necessarily the past. But I see your point
