But that doesn't solve resource issues. CDs, yes, as they introduce new resources. But areas that are already colonies won't add to the world economy.

Well when Vae took over ANZAC GM threw in another horse and metal I believe, so it would help somewhat.

And it might not help the overall world economy, but it would put more resource in more hands, making it more fluid and flexible.

But then we have nations collapsing because what they depended on for industry and army is not only lost, but would require them to spend more resources and an army they can't supply to regain them.

Or you need to cut back/rely on others assistance to regain them. I'm not saying it would be great; I really don't want to put down an Irish rebellion, as much fun as it is to massacre Irishmen. However It would be an option.

And we've already started to get far away from the original two-person government. With the new player issue, we need to fill up the two player thing before nationalist uprisings. That and replacing NPCs and inactive players will solve our new player problem for the foreseeable future.

With the resources, I realized that isn't as much of an issue as I thought. I remembered you can request resource gaining objectives, and that can easily handle the early resource shortage issue. That can help too.

I personally find 2 people governments really ignoring, I'm a bit of a control freak ;)
