When I create a username, email, and password, am I creating a student account permanently? If I hit "create/edit accounts" and then erase 35 names and passwords with new ones, am I actually creating 70 student accounts? How do I see which accounts are active or not under my teaching account if it is more than the 35 ones I can see on the page?

I am having the issue with creating a game because the system says "you must use 7 accounts that you created" or something like that.

If you haven't asked for permission to have more than 35, you wont have more than 35. If you change the username of one of the user accounts, it will simply change the username. It will still remain one of your accounts. If you delete the entry, I don't think it removes the account, it will still be there.But it will probably mess it up because it will have a null username I suspect.

I still get this error "Seven unique student/tournament names that you have created must be specified to use the Fast Track game setup service" even after changing account names, emails, and passwords. I cannot use the FastTrack process to assign students to a 4th game (we already have 3 games of 7 that are running just fine). It seems as if I no longer have the ability to create students accounts at all even though I have 14 empty slots available. Even when I type in new information on an account bar I cannot log in through that student account.

I am assuming there is a way to do this but maybe not...

I want my students to play as a group instead of individuals. How would I go about setting up the usernames? Unless I set up a bunch of dummy emails, I would then have to give only one student access to the account correct? Is there a way to create a team so that all team members have access to the account? Has any teacher here had success setting up groups in the past? If so, what has been the best way to make it work?
