US-centred deadlines (in UK our Easter break starts Friday, and I don't suppose Pakistan has either of those!) Not complaining, moaning, or anything - except about American Imperialism!

I was also wondering what a spring break was, and why we were extending deadlines for it. Ours here in Canada was two weeks ago, and our Easter holidays are only two days, plus the weekend.

Mine was like that as well (Im in Arizona...), but some schools have their spring break tied in with Easter, so they get off from Thursday thru the following Monday getting like 11 days off.

Haha, Happy vacations then. All cultures in the world do celebrate spring in one form or another and have been doing so since time immemorial.

More than half of Diplomacy games are ruined because players leave them half-way.

Remind me, how are you doing bids? I'm in, but I'm in three games right now- if it's too much, I'll drop the game after a replacement is ready

which games? collapse, conquest, and?

conquest to me is just staring at the map and deciding where to go with little communication, so shouldn't take too much time.

But as the game goes on they will all be in the mid-game around the same time.
