I propose a solo concession to Gondor. Retreat Moria, but I don't believe I have a disband...

This proposal is of course completely acceptable to Gondor.

Also, Dip is right. He has no disbands.

Fairly certain Gondor has 18 centers and the win already, unless this is like Baltic with a higher win condition.

You need 18 units. He just has to hold what he has until he can build the remainder.

Ah, missed those. I should perhaps start reading rules when playing variants. >.>

By my count, optimum play from this point would see a STL alliance take back Grey Havens and The Shire, but (assuming Gondor builds) lose Anfalas and Helm's Deep. To maintain the southern-most armies, the hypothetical STL would have to give Rohan Grey Havens and The Shire, but as Gondor would only have to disband The Shire (no retreats), and Rohan could not build, the position would be weak. Rohan can also in the first year either take back Lorien or hold Isengard, or could (worse) trade Lorien for Moria and lose Isengard if he over-committed; the various possibilities are difficult to work out and I am not inclined to do so exactly. In short, after next winter the STL would face at least an 18-center. 18-unit Gondor with better positioning, at which point it would be at best a matter of time and/or luck before he worked his way to a 19th.

Since this analysis suggests that even good play ends in a loss for me, since my proposal earlier to draw between all remaining players was rejected, and since I have been already told that other players are unwilling to work to stop Gondor - Rohan has proposed a surrender, and Rhovanion is actually attacking me in an attempt to end the game - I therefore concede a solo victory to Gondor and thewysecat.
