You might have a chance now, considering you seem to have more units than centers.

Can i assume that the new fleet in SDC was build with holes in the hull and will instantly sink?
(spain has 6 centers and already had 6 units before the build phase...maybe the fleet in MBA was hiding?)

And just to show that i'm not playing unfairly:

I was not supposed to have a second build last year. I only took Havana in the fall. So please remove the new fleet in Halifax.

Builds
Peru: 7 centres, 6 units, 1 build
Spain: 6 centres, 5 units, 1 build

Peru already has 7 units and Spain hasn't got a 6th center.

So you missed it as well!

On the other hand I agree youi have one too many - I check the builds by counting (two or three times for a large country like Mexico) rather than number of gains, which can be distorted by destroys. But I clearly got this wrong, so Halifax goes, and Spain's build in SdC will have to go as well.

Shucks! I thoujght I'd been really careful with this lot! Thanks Ceebs! Revised map coming imminently.
