War in the Americas - Peru needed - decent position

War in the Americas (viewtopic.php?f=117&t=15952&p=218263#p217066) needs a replacement for cs as Peru. It's a good position, and it's been a good game with commitment all round (cs withdrew because real life got on top of him and he couldn't maintain that commitment.)
