its not gunboat, you will talk with nation that are close to you, or even try to talk to a far nation...

So if Austria moved Tri-Alb and then Alb-Tri, and no one else moved into albania, would austria still be able to see the Ionian (Assuming A Bud moves to Serbia)?

I'll play - looks like fun. Just to confirm - you can see 1 province out from every province you own. What about when you take over a supply centre in the spring turn, so you don't own it yet. Can you see one province out from it - seems to make sense. Can the previous owner also see one province out from it?
