If anyone would like to form a dynasty with a terrible absolutely amazing player such as myself, I currently find myself partnerless.

Can dynasties talk with each other about possible strategies while the game goes on?
This would allow for more teamwork. Although I believe all communications between the powers should be just between the chosen players for the map and the chosen player should submit the orders I think it'd be cool to have several heads work together on thinking about stuff so the dynasties are more of a team.

Just a thought

You can absolutely communicate with other members of your Dynasty. One function of the Dynasty is having a decent substitute who has been following the game.

For orders, I will require one designated Primary Player for each game, but that's mostly to avoid communication headaches.

Couple notes:

Optimal Dynasty size is probably 2-4.

2 gives each player primary responsibility for two games. Four gives one game each. Three also gives one game each, with the final allocated in whatever manner makes sense (the player who got the least game time, or the best player, or the least hated player, etc.)

You can run a Dynasty all by yourself, but I recommend having at least a willing substitute if not an equal partner. Otherwise you might have to recruit a free agent last-minute.

That's another thing to keep in mind: I'm not going to be the sole substitute recruiter, as I would be in a typical game. Your Dynasty should be able to handle absences.

Now, I'm not heartless, and will still grant some extensions. I know I'll need 1-2 for myself at some point during the year.
