Though I love this idea and may want to join, the 7-8 year game limit is a bit of a put-off for me. How many games - barring those with lots of NMRs - actually see a solo in that amount of time?

P.S. I admire your dedication to commit to GMing five games in a row. This section of the Forum thrives thanks to people like you!

(this post is not a statement of interest, I'm too busy to commit to this)

1812 Overture actually had moments where a solo could have easily occurred in 8 years. I feel like nopunin10did/Alex tends to run dynamic maps in general, so that should help too. Just my personal opinion, of course, but I wouldn't worry too much about decisive results occurring.

Sounds fine by me! I posted over in the CYOC section to see if we can get a team together from over there. Nopun, would that be fine?

Dang it Bert...didn't know you were back around or I old have recruited you too.

But I definitely agree with the statement...and if you don't want the booked games to overlap...then maybe squeeze the middle ones together more with starts in April and August where they are likely to run simultaneous so we can get more natural end results.

I'm really not sure how this is going to work with the uneven numbers of players per variant, but it looks like an interesting idea.

Since you are only playing in 2 of the 3 "uneven" ones...it SHOULD work out assuming he does the math to balance well

You may have the dream team, but Team CYOC of relative rookies (if it gets off the ground), will overcome with pure camaraderie in true underdog fashion.
