hello im kinda new at this so everyone please help me out with this (im new at the forum games not diplomacy). im gonna try to organize my very first and see how it rolls i dont know what varients or mode or w.e. we can have here so if anyone that wants to play will setup varients and modes for me that would be great well hope you all join so we cAN all have fun!!!

If you are not familiar with how forum games work, I STRONGLY suggest that you play in one of them first. So you can know how the administrative process works from the player's end. Then you can consider starting one of your own and becoming a GM.

Go read the posts in the "Forum games" subforum. Not this place in particular. One level up. There are some interesting games going being proposed and you can always be a replacement player and sub in an existing game. Have fun.

Have you read the Suggestions/Requirements of Forum Games topic yet? There is a lot of information in there.

That's the best bet.

Another good thing is to play one (if you're thinking about hosting eventually), to get a feel for how things are done. It's a lot of work having hosted a forum game myself elsewhere.

You would be better served posting in the World Dip forum too I think. There are the other games folks can look at, the maps, rules, the entire 1st game that was played in forums, etc...
