New Game Mode: Triumvirate

This is for anyone interested in playtesting a new Classic map game mode that I invented. I will be creating a passworded, non-ranked game for anyone who is interested. The password will be "Malta." I will also try to set up some sort of play-by-forum if I can.

Triumvirate:
Backstory:
1901. The great powers of Europe are going to war. The Allies of England, France, and Russia are preparing to clash with the Central Powers, Germany, Austria, and Turkey. However, these six have all studied each other very carefully and have decided that they need to watch their backs... the leaders of their countries have all decided to meet in different cities in Switzerland ;) . The Allies confer in a hotel in Geneva; the Central rulers discuss the war in Bern. They decide that the best way to ensure a cooperative war effort is to decide on their troop movements together. Thus, the Geneva Triumvirate and the Bern triumvirate face off. However, Zurich is trying to make their move, and there's always the possibility to go solo...

Rules:
This is a coop six-player variant: EFR vs. GAT. The twist here is that all the players on each team collectively vote on the movements of all troops they control. For example, England would vote on what they want France and Russia to do. In case of a tie, the orders of the player who owns those troops are followed. At any time, a player in a triumvirate may leave to join one of the two others. The three triumvirates are: Geneva, Bern, Zurich. EFR starts in the Geneva Triumvirate, and GAT in the Bern triumvirate. In a two-person triumvirate, the players submit orders as normal due to a constant tie.

Win Conditions:
1 person: 18 SCs
2 people: 21 SCs
3 people: 24 SCs
These numbers will probably change with playtesting

Communication Rules:
All votes on orders must be sent to the other members of the team and the moderator (Italy) to ensure integrity.
Whenever somebody leaves or joins a triumvirate, they must announce it on public chat.

So yeah, that's Triumvirate. Interested? Just search for it and join. Remember, the password is "Malta."

AN IMPORTANT NOTE ON THE GAME: to ensure the integrity of the game, I will make this a seven-player game and choose Italy. Please, nobody choose Italy until I do.

Interesting.

Question; what does Italy do in all this?

Unless there is a neutral third party who knows all the votes, it is possible for players to enter their own orders instead of those decided by the group and for the other team to not know, which is why I will be Italy.
