He could only have been insane or random. If insane, he could out more scum; if random, removing him left a plausible random space for Chuck to occupy.

Yes, while it wasn't clear at that point which of the two he was, there was value in removing him regardless of which role be held.

chuck's alignment should be fairly apparent based on claims

soft clearing sjg for the keirador shot that's mechanically pretty suboptimal if he's a wolf

which pretty much just leaves kim

claim order should be me/kim/sjg
then harb/exiled
with chuck "must be random cop if town" claiming whenever

and I got a town check on chuck

Who would have been the optimal shot, for what it's worth?

I'm voting end day. I'm not sure if Wyse will accept this or not but it can't hurt. I checked the mechanical stuff and it checks out. So as long as you guys lynch sjg11 tomorrow we'll win. Alternately, if you want to get to the AAR a day or two earlier, feel free to lynch him today. He is actually the last wolf although given the way the game has gone I certainly don't fault people for thinking differently.

End Day

I was gonna say harb but actually wolf!sjg is in DEEP shit almost regardless (the only advantage of a dead harb is no chance of a red check on sjg). Two town checks from Kim and smith basically clear chuck if sjg claims a town check, and a wolf check from sjg clears kim and Smith. The mechanical wifom of shooting keirador May actually be the best call there. Especially if he comes into the night just praying that harb is a random cop who red checks not!sjg.

That said, shooting keirador is CLEARLY correct for wolf!chuck.

Harb/Kim/Smith,

Is there any conceivable possibility any of you see that both UDC/Sjg could be town? Are we all in agreement that it's 100% mechanically impossible?

As far as I can tell It’s cnfirmed barring townies reporting results they d8dnt receive and/or outright mod error. I guess “everyone c9nfirm that the results we’ve marked down are right” should be a thing, and I guess I can go back and validate what dead villagers have said.

I'll recheck reported results and Smith and I can compare.

Mine have been:

Honest on Harb, Keir, and EAH.
Dirty on UDC.

I'm recompile my chart from thread history. And here I was starting to wonder how I was going to distract myself from doing real work at work today. ;)

Okay, I'm just gonna ask the question: does it bother anyone just a little that sjg opened with this when only smith and I were talking results yet? The way it set off alarm bells in my own head when Smith decided to vote me first post without waiting for the rest of it?

I know we're down to a mechanical victory either way, though I'm meticulously recombing the thread juuuuuuuuust to verify. But this pings me. Just a little.
