Full flips? Meaning, you learn what their powers were too?

Yes. As a mod I generally do this. UDC's example had no flip other than alignment, which was actually IMO kinda sketchy because flavor strongly implied existence of a vig.

Have to say, another thing I kept thinking about regarding Shadow is asudevil's scumread of her, even after I said she was mecha-clear. I drove the asudevil mislynch like crazy, and if I never figured out that Shadow was scum, he would have been pretty furious in the AAR, I think. (he may be furious still). I hope he appreciates that we got it right eventually (fingers still crossed), especially since he is the GM for the next game.

FWIW that cult mechanic kinda scares me. Cults are generally really hard to balance. I might be on sub list tho, we'll see. Next month or so is super busy for me in RL so not hugely looking for a new game.

I take back my "best scum game ever" comment if Smith is scum. If Smith is scum, he is just a torturing, vindictive bastard.

FWIW I slightly feel the reverse, although the fact is that I possess the power to take you from 100% to 50% win if you're scum, so if you're scum (which I doubt but I've probably made worse reads before) you basically have an incentive to try and do whatever you think woudl make me TR you (and in this case, you're doing just that)
