No, I thought that the new GM would just see how a strategic and diplomatic move shouldn't result in a GM attack on non SC's, and then a borderline biased threat for someone to attack me...

Pedros, even though it says "Game over," it isn't quite yet.

Everyone's accepted a draw in principle, but who's involved isn't finalized yet.
