Mine is REALLY cool! It has little pewter cannons & battleships!
...and an old-fashioned racing car,
and a top hat, and a Scottie-dog,
and an iron, and a thimble, and these red & green little houses...

I use actual people in costume out in my back yard between the pool and garden. They must remain in place 24/7. Jeeves feeds and waters them. And I pay them well. PM me for an application to join this exclusive club.

I asked that my account be "Suspended", as I was having a full-on pout at being UN-moderated (for my health, as I was told 12+hour days of cheater-hunting was killing me)

But the other day, I envisioned putting up the idea of a forum-based attempt at testing Colonial Diplomacy, and wanted to see if my fragile health could tolerate the high-intensity of "The Forum"! (Dun dun duuuuunnn...!)

I've got a the Avalon Hill version, copyright 1976, with wooden pieces. I got it in 1978 or 1979.

Games Research 1971 edition. With the cool wooden pieces. Almost as cool as the Craw's metal pieces.

I know for a fact the scottie is worth like 5 armies.

I have a really crappy recent edition with cardboard pieces and a board far too small to fit them all on. I feel bad for all of the people that don't play online and aren't as familiar with the board as they risk revealing their plans by picking up pieces to confirm the name of territories or risk submitting invalid orders when mistaking apulia for albania. Has anyone with this problem tried blowing up an image of the map and kinkos and getting it laminated for a replacement board?

Wait, wait, wait... Colonial!? :o ...Craw-face... you know how I be loving Colonial, like you do.

Yeah, I've got a board game, but I'm not going to pull it out :P I moved just a month ago and still have stuff in boxes, too busy with work.
It has metal pieces.
Mine is better because I have pretty maps :D
I colored them and laminated them :D
My nicest one or two have thick/sturdy lamination and the others are more flexible and light.
I think I made thingies to tell who owns which supply center too.
Yeah, you all be jelly, I know.
