Apologies - I had great trouble logging into the site for a couple of days, and then my laptop went virtually AWOL. Hopefully now sorted.

Venezuela: ECS - Del

04 Builds are due by 1400 British Summer Time (0900 Eastern Daylight Saving Time (or whatever) and 2200 Beijing local time on Thursday 3 August

could you, umm, check your inbox again? I am quite sure I sent in my retreat. it's titled "WITA Venezuelan retreat Fall 1904 (I think)" if you don't find it, I'll get a screenie with the timestamp.

Send in two build orders, depending on if he accepts the retreat or not, my thinking is he will accept it.

OK. I thought I'd managed to catch all the retreats after my downtime, but clearly not. Venezuela's is sitting in my Inbox.

This may make a difference, so I think I have to give twelve hours for people to change their builds. I know that's on top of my 48 hour build phase, but fair's fair!

I'm amending the retreat orders and the map now. Alterations to builds are now due by 0400 BST (1200 Beijing) Friday 5th (2300 EDT Thursday 4th)
