Fall 1903 - abortive adjudication

Apologies for the delay, but I did say I was going to have difficulty dealing with it yesterday!

Even after an extra 24 hours, I still have three NMRs - from Britain, Argentina and Chile. The big gains this year are made by Mexico and Peru, with USA in serious trouible. Britain has an auto-destroy (WCS) and there are four other retreats needed - Britain from ECS and NYS, Argentina from CAu, and Chile from Ant. None of these can affect the SC count so I've posted the end-of-year map with SCs re-coloured.

Retreats are due asap and not later than 1600 BST (1100 EDT) on Monday 18 July. As usual, builds 24 hours after the retreats are posted and can be submitted early.

I don't understand the reason for Britain's auto-destroy at WCS... isn't retreat possible to GoU?

Hi Castle. Thanks for forwarding them, but I've checked through again and I definitely didn't receive them. But it seems to have happened in 19M as well, so I'll say the same to you as to that player - if you can send me a screenshot of the Sent Message page with the time stamp then I'll accept them.

Another correction: Columbia has 7 units, so 1 destroy

Also, a suggestion/request... Pedros, if you could take 3 seconds to click/send an "orders recieved" confirmation note to us, it might avoid these did-he-or-didn't-he-NMR questions.

That way, if the deadline is a couple hours away and I haven't received my confirmation from you, I might be inclined to either re-send my orders or post a "stop the clock, something's wrong!" appeal on the forum...
