Yes, except not the unit that dislodged it. "A dislodged unit has no effect on the territory from which it was dislodged" (somewhere in the rules. If you can't find it I'll dig out the reference! Though I'm not sure it applies to bounces - but can be important re cutting supports)

1) OMG!!! I never, ever, ever, ever NMR!!! I got lassoed into being the driver for a two day family road trip with 30 minutes notice to pack, and I thought I have already submitted orders, because I almost always submit next orders almost immediately after seeing last orders results. OMG!

2) I believe the fleet in GoM belongs to me, unless there is a new rul about mutiny of units due to an NMR!
